Excellence requires respect for others, their ideas, opinions, and cultures. It also requires respect for international law. it demands that people are cared for and the pursuit of the best possible outcomes for all involved. Excellence is not arrogant. It is not about ego or greed but rather about making a sustainable positive impact for all stakeholders.
Russia is a nation that has contributed much to the world over the centuries. However, the decision of its government to invade Ukraine and the war it has started in doing so must be condemned. Failing to do so would be far from excellent. There are many Russian people who oppose the war and they are protesting it at risk to themselves.
