The Institute is delighted to announce that Declan Lyons, Managing Director of BCT Communications, has been elected a Fellow of the Institute.
Declan is a Public Administration reform, training and excellence development specialist with over 30 years of experience as a senior manager or director, most of which has been in the Public Sector. In Ireland, he has provided consultancy services to most government ministries and local government bodies. He has delivered senior management training for EU Commission and Parliament staff and has consulted for civil, public services and international bodies in Albania, Estonia, Latvia, Russia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and Montenegro.
Declan holds a BSc in Zoology (University College Dublin) and an MBA (Trinity College, Dublin) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Internal Communications (UK).
