We’re delighted to announce that Susan Murray has joined our Advisory Board.
Susan is the principal consultant with Clearpath Leadership, a Canadian firm offering leadership consulting and research services to clients in the profit and non-profit sectors. She also teaches executive leadership programs at the Rotman School of Management in Toronto and at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Her research interests include effective leadership, cross-cultural management, leadership development and qualitative research.
She started her career as a teacher and then School Principal and, in 2005, was recognized as one of Canada’s Outstanding Principals. She has since worked extensively in the public education sector as a senior leader in both program development and human resources. She is also one of the Institute’s members who has worked as an Excellence Assessor in the United Arab Emirates.
Susan holds an B.Ed in Primary Education, an M.Ed in Leadership, and an MSc in Business Management research. She will complete her doctoral studies (DBA) in Leadership at Henley Business School in 2017. She is a Fellow of the Institute.
