The Excellence Baseline™ has been carefully developed to help firms have systematic management and to be able to demonstrate this. It is a roadmap to help organizations establish good practice in the areas of quality, risk, governance and – except for sole practitioners – people management.
The Baseline recognizes that good practice can differ across organizations in different sectors, with different sizes, and with different objectives. It draws on best practice in governance and the pragmatic experience of our members working with public and private sector organizations large and small around the world as well as on learning from the following International Standards:
