A one day training workshop designed to give people a real understanding of how to improve processes to gain new efficiencies, enhanced effectiveness, heightened customer focus and an appreciation how they contribute.

Course Details

This intense workshop is designed to provide participants with an understanding of:

  • Excellence
  • Quality in service
  • Process thinking
  • Lean and Six Sigma tools
  • How process thinking drives efficiency as well as customer and staff satisfaction

It combines instruction with exercises to illustrate key points. The course culminates in a very hands-on practical session where attendees work under pressure to design and pilot improved processes.
