Excellence Assessment
Excellence Assessment gives organizations a yardstick with which to measure their progress towards excellence. It enables organizations to:
- Identify their strengths so that they can actively leverage them
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement
- Improve their self-awareness, quality and risk management, and results
- Demonstrate their commitment to excellence
Excellence Assessment against the Business Excellence Alignment Model™ (BEAM) requires the organization to have achieved the Business Excellence Baseline™. Assessment results provide an actionable report that serves as an input for strategic planning. Organizations that are successful are awarded one of 5 grades indicating their progress towards excellence.
Assessment against the BEAM typically takes 2 to 3 days if a workshop approach is adopted. This is our recommended approach as it minimizes the workload for the organization being assessed.
It is also possible to be assessed against the EFQM Excellence Model or any other regional excellence model.
