Excellence Assessment
Excellence Assessment gives organizations a yardstick with which to measure their progress towards excellence. It enables organizations to:
- Identify their strengths so that they can actively leverage them
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement
- Improve their self-awareness, quality and risk management, and results
- Demonstrate their commitment to excellence
Excellence Assessment against the Business Excellence Alignment Model™ requires the organization to have achieved the Business Excellence Baseline™. Assessment results provide an actionable report that serves as an input for strategic planning. Organizations that are successful are awarded one of 5 grades indicating their progress towards excellence.
It is also possible to be assessed against the EFQM Excellence Model or any other regional excellence model.
