We are delighted to announce that Antonios Spanos (Greece) and William Smalley (Canada) have been elected Fellows of the Institute.
Antonios is a seasoned excellence and CSR professional, an EFQM Assessor Trainer, and a Recognized Excellence Expert™. He is the designer of the Lebanese Excellence Award, the author of the Government of Cyprus’s CSR Manual, and a contributing author for the Global Reporting Initiative in addition to numerous publications for the EFQM.
Antonios holds a BSc in Mathematics & Computer Systems Analysis (University of Tessaloniki), a qualification from LOMA (Georgia) in Management of Financial Companies, and also studied System Management at Troy University (Alabama).
William is the founder and President of Route Five International, a Canadian consulting and training firm that specialises in business development and executive performance. He also teaches negotiation skills at University of Toronto and is the author of Intelligent Selling™ which teaches sales professionals to think like leaders.
William holds a BA in Social Science (Western University, Ontario), an MBA (Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto), and a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) Rating from the Canadian Professional Sales Association.
