Ann is a senior sales and leadership executive with more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor and electronics industries. Her expertise spans operational leadership, strategic sales growth, distributor management, organizational transformation, and team development across North America and global markets. Recognized for driving performance through innovative strategies and stakeholder engagement, she has consistently delivered significant market growth, strengthened operational stability, and led cross-functional initiatives in highly competitive and technology-driven environments.
Phil is a senior management consultant and operational excellence specialist with over 30 years of experience leading transformation, strategy implementation, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across government, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors. His expertise includes programme management, business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, benchmarking, and strategic alignment, supported by a strong background in operations, finance, and information systems.
