- Process thinking
- Lean and Six Sigma tools
- How process thinking drives efficiency as well as customer and staff satisfaction
It combines instruction with exercises to illustrate key points. The course culminates in a very hands-on practical session where attendees work under pressure to design and pilot improved processes.
