Course Details
The program consists of 12 2.5 hours sessions – spaced a month apart – over the course of a year. It combines work on real-life business challenges with exposure to global good practice and requires the application of learning in the workplace during the year. Topics covered include:

In addition to some application of learning, reading material will be recommended prior to some sessions, so there is a minimum time commitment of approximately 8 to 12 hours per month.
