The transition to management is difficult. Do you often worry that you are out of your depth? Constantly firefighting, stressed, with never enough time to deal with the endless challenges of running a business and the continuously changing business landscape. Many managers, through no fault of their own, are appointed to positions without adequate training and, as a result, lack the practical skills needed to successfully manage a business. Most traditional management training courses focus heavily on theory and overlook the essential, practical skills which are vital to managers.
BEX can help. We have developed the Pragmatic Manager Development Program to ensure that managers have the practical skills and tools they need to succeed. Unlike other management courses, the Pragmatic Manager Development Program has been developed by practicing managers, not by academics. It is designed to equip managers in small and medium-sized businesses and family businesses with the know-how, skills, and confidence to facilitate more efficient management.
This interactive program allows managers to develop their management and leadership capabilities in a small, personal group setting with other managers from different industries. The program requires you to apply your learnings to the real-life challenges you face in your workplace, bringing benefit to your company and developing your management know-how at the same time. This applied learning along with exposure to global good practice will enable you to achieve both rapid impact and long-term, sustainable growth; gain competitive advantage; increase productivity; and enhance employee engagement.
Stop trying to figure it all out by yourself! Improve your management confidence and effectiveness with the Pragmatic Manager Development Program.
