APEX Facilitator Certificate
The APEX Facilitator Certificate develops the skills required to facilitate engaging and impactful APEX – the Boardroom Board Game™ sessions, enabling participants to support executives and teams in developing strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
Through the APEX Facilitator Training workshop, participants learn how to use the game-based learning approach to explore leadership, teamwork, communication, and strategic decision-making in the face of uncertainty. The workshop provides hands-on experience in creating meaningful learning experiences for executive teams and organizations.
