Academic membership recognizes the important contribution people involved in research and teaching make to organizations that are striving for excellence. It is available for those involved in research or teaching in any Business Excellence related field.

You can become an Academic Member of the Institute if you:

Hold at least a Masters degree in a related discipline:

12 months’ Academic membership
(from date of application)

Teach, lecture and assesses students in a Business Excellence related discipline at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.

Keep up-to-date with good practice and share knowledge and experience with others

Have authored (individually or jointly) at least one research paper or similar publication on a Business Excellence related topic.

Are recognized nationally or internationally as an expert or by colleagues as an expert, opinion leader and influencer of note.

Agree to abide by the Business Excellence Institute’s Code of Conduct.
