Nominated by: John Bourke
Seconded by: Ingrid Baecker and Neal Traynor
I have known Andrew for over 25 years. He has had a great impact in my life as a mentor, a co-author, and most importantly as a friend. He is among the very few that I’ve met who can navigate through complexities so smoothly and make them look so simple … I am still in search of finding out how he does it! I am not surprised to see him among you this evening … and I sincerely wish him all the best and congratulate him on his induction into the Excellence Hall of Fame!
And after all those years, I would honestly say that being a real human being is a gift that makes all who work or live or be friends with Andrew learn from his humanity and kindness. He has always been thoughtful, supportive, inspiring, dedicated and always goes an extra mile with people.
