Don Haider Professor of Strategy, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University
Don is the only academic ever to be named both a Congressional Fellow and a White House Fellow. He has been Northwestern’s Professor of Strategy for over 40 years, interrupted on occasion by public service. His main interests are the management of public and non-profit organizations, public finance and economic development. You can learn more about him here.
Eileen McDonnell Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Penn Mutual
Eileen studied nursing before changing to mathematics and computers. After starting her career in technology, she moved into insurance and soon started breaking records. In 2010 she became the first woman ever appointed President of Penn Mutual and in 2011 she was made its CEO. She was Drexel University’s 2016 Business Leader of the Year and is a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. You can learn more about her here.
Martin Naughton Founder & Supervisory Board Chairman, Glen Dimplex Group
Martin is one of Ireland’s most successful entrepreneurs. He grew a small start-up with a staff of fewer than 10 people into a world leader with manufacturing plants in Europe, Asia, North America and Oceania. In 2015, he was knighted by HRH the Prince of Wales and in 2016 he was made an Officier de la Legion d’Honneur by France. You can learn more about him here.
