John is a Senior Business and Transformation Leader with over 25 years’ experience working in 18 countries delivering large-scale strategic change in a range of different industries and corporate cultures. He holds a BSc in Applied Physics, an MSc in Business & Management Research, and an MBA. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a European Excellence Assessor, and a Fellow of the Institute.
Neal Traynor
Chief Operations Officer
Neal has a background in psychology, operations, and project management. He’s a serial entrepreneur who also has experience working in a family business. He holds a BA in Psychology, is a certified PRINCE2 Project Manager, a Lean Six Sigma Green belt, a Chartered Business Excellence Professional, and a Certified Excellence Assessor.
Yiannis Lagos
Board Member
Yiannis is a human capital professional who champions the use of people-focused approaches to organizational performance. He has worked in a number of sectors in various roles and, in his younger days, he led the global operations of the Junior Chamber International. He has a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Business Administration. Yiannis is a Fellow of the Institute.
Nicola Mullane
Head of Marketing
Nicola is a marketing specialist with experience working in Europe and the US with high-net-worth individuals in the luxury sector. She holds a BA in Applied Languages (French and Spanish) and an MSc in Digital Marketing Strategy. She is a member of the Marketing Institute Ireland (MII) and is studying to qualify as a Chartered Business Excellence Professional.
Susan E Murray
Chief Research Officer
Susan is an educator, consultant, and researcher. Her research interests include effective leadership, leadership development, cross-cultural management, and qualitative research. She holds an B.Ed in Primary Education, an M.Ed in Leadership, an MSc in Business & Management Research, and a Doctorate in Leadership. Susan is a Fellow of the Institute.
Patrícia Carvalho
Business Development Southern Europe & Africa
Patrícia is an engineer turned businesswoman with experience working in the non-profit, public sector and private sector organizations. She holds a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering, a Masters in Management, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is a European Excellence Assessor and a Fellow of the Institute.
Sergio Ríos Huércano
Spain Representative
Sergio is an excellence professional and entrepreneur who focuses on innovation and digital transformation. He has been an adviser to the city of Málaga and has worked on innovation management with several Spanish government entities. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering and an MSc in Quality Management.
Ingrid Baecker
Germany Representative
Ingrid is a change management and process excellence professional with a background in engineering. She has worked in both the public and private sectors (in the automotive and banking industries) and has a decade of consulting experience. She holds a BSc. in Industrial Engineering & Management and a Masters in IT Management.
Pavel Hruska
Data Protection Officer & Member Platform Developer
Pavel is an experienced software developer and architect who has worked in Ireland and in the Czech Republic on a number of significant projects. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Mathematics.
Ronan Traynor
Registrar
Ronan is a seasoned public and private sector business executive with an accounting and financial services background, including almost two decades of experience at the board level. He holds a BComm and Diploma in Public Procurement and is a Chartered Accountant, a Qualified Financial Adviser, and an Excellence Baseline Auditor.
