Nele Leosk and Eric Anderson elected Fellows of the Institute

We are delighted to announce that Nele Leosk (Estonia), and Eric Anderson (Canada) have been elected as Fellows of the Institute

Nele Leosk

Nele is a researcher and consultant in the government innovation and digital governance domain with experience supporting public sector modernisation initiatives in over forty countries across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa. She has served as the as Programme Director of eGovernance Academy in Estonia and as an expert for the Estonian’s parliament’s Foresight Centre. She has also worked at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications in Estonia and in the Finnish Institute of Public management and has consulted for the OECD and the UNDP.

Nele holds BA in Philology and Educational Sciences (Tallinn University), an MA in Public Communications (Tallinn University), a Masters of Research in Political & Social Science and a PhD in Digital Governance (both from European University Institute, Italy).

Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson

Eric is a business excellence professional with three decades’ experience working in a wide variety of functional roles including, marketing, operations and IT. He has a detailed knowledge of logistics and quality management and has built on this to support the public sector in areas of transportation, natural resources, health care, and justice, He has lived for extended period of time in Turkey and Switzerland and has worked in the Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Europe.

Eric holds holds a BA from the University of British Columbia, a Diploma of Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, an MBA from Royal Roads University in Canada, and a Diploma of Management Consulting from the Graduate Management School of Grenoble (France). He is a Certified Management Consultant.
