As a member of the Institute, your behaviour and customer outcomes reflect on the Institute and, by extension, on all its members.
Consequently, Organizational Members must commit to:
- provide customers with quality products and services
- provide staff with a quality work environment and opportunities for learning, growth and development
Members are expected to honour this commitment.
They are also expected to conduct their business in an ethical manner and are encouraged to embrace the Business Excellence Institute’s values.
They should show respect for all their stakeholders, especially their customers and staff, and are responsible to ensure their people are aware of their commitments as members under this code of practice and conduct themselves accordingly.
Members who do not comply with this Code of Practice may have their membership revoked.
