The pragmatic and practical approach BEX take to delivering Lean Six Sigma training ensured the trainees successfully delivered projects that added to the bottom line. Within 3 months of the course ending, the projects – delivered as part of the course – had achieved savings in excess of 5 times the total investment in the training.
The boot camp met all of the needs that we needed to address – key terms, introduction to different frameworks, introduction to the two BEX excellence frameworks, and practical exercises to highlight the skills needed.
