The pragmatic and practical approach BEX take to delivering Lean Six Sigma training ensured the trainees successfully delivered projects that added to the bottom line. Within 3 months of the course ending, the projects – delivered as part of the course – had achieved savings in excess of 5 times the total investment in the training.
The boot camp met all of the needs that we needed to address – key terms, introduction to different frameworks, introduction to the two BEX excellence frameworks, and practical exercises to highlight the skills needed. We had access to a group of highly experienced and skilled excellence specialists from BEX to contribute different perspectives on the content and on us. I fully appreciated the access I had during the sessions to such a high level of expertise. The sessions were highly interactive. I got all of my questions answered and then some.
