Nihal is an engineering and quality management professional who has spent most of her career in the automotive industry. She is an expert on Lean manufacturing, process improvement, and people engagement. She has been active as a European Excellence Award assessor since 2007.
Nihal holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul. She is a certified lead ISO auditor, a certified EFQM Excellence Assessor and a Chartered Business Excellence Professional.
Pravin has background in business strategy, supply chain, and quality management. His career has seen him work in India with German companies Robert Bosch and Carl Zeiss as well as in France.
He is qualified EFQM Excellence assessor with experience assessing multinational firms in India and South East Asia.
Pravin holds a masters in Business Administration from the Indo-German Chambers of Commerce and Industry and is a Chartered Business Excellence Professional. He is also an avid musician, photographer and philanthropist.
John has worked in some of the world’s largest firms as well as in small entrepreneurial start-ups, in a range of functional roles, in over 10 countries. He is president of the Institute
John holds a BSc Applied Physics (NUI Galway), an MBA (UCD Smurfit School of Business) and has also studied at INSEAD. He is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified EFQM European Excellence Assessor.
John has conducted Excellence Assessments in companies large and small in a range of different industries on 3 continents. He is a Fellow of the Institute.
Matt is a seasoned Business Excellence Professional with two decades experience helping companies do better.
He was responsible for driving Ricoh Europe’s business excellence and sustainability programmes, gaining EFQM 4 Star Recognised for Excellence for the 15,000 employees working in 20 countries in the EMEA region before serving as COO at EFQM until May 2015.
Matt holds a BSc (University of East Anglia) and a MSc. (University of Edinburgh) in Environmental Chemistry. He is a certified EFQM Excellence Assessor, a qualified EFQM Excellence Assessor trainer, and a Fellow of the Institute.
Shahriar is a quality management, risk and business excellence expert with a background in business development and management.
He has over fifteen years’ experience consulting in the oil, automotive, construction and telecommunications sectors as well as entrepreneurial experience as a founding partner in the consulting firm Growth Management Architects.
Shahriar holds a BSc in civil engineering. He is a BSI Lead Auditor, a certified EFQM Excellence Assessor and a Chartered Business Excellence Professional.
