Tara is a seasoned project manager with work experience delivering projects in Ireland, Nigeria and Luxembourg, currently working with Datalex.
She holds a BA in History & Politics from University College Dublin, diplomas in Project Management and Business Studies from the Institute of Project Management and the Irish Management Institute, respectively. Tara is a registered PRINCE2 practitioner and a qualified BEX Baseline Auditor.
Karen is a finance and HR professional who for almost a decade was Head of Finance and HR for McGraw-Hill Ireland.
In 2006, she founded Ark Accounting & Payroll Solutions.
Karen holds a BA in Psychology (NUI Galway), a diploma in Systems Analysis (NUI Galway) and a diploma from the Institute of Personnel & Development. She is a qualified Tax Technician, and a qualified BEX Baseline Auditor.
Neal started his career in 1992 as the Legal Accounts Manager for Cash Flow Services before being promoted to Operations Manager a position that he held until 2011. He is the co-founder of the Elysium Sanctuary Sandycove and the Jade Sun School of Tai Chi & Qi Gong.

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993, Ronan worked in the agriculture and food sector with Lakeland Dairies and later with Quirke Laboratories before entering the financial services industry as Managing Director of a family business. He is a consultant accountant and insurance broker.

Niall is a mechanical engineer and software professional with almost twenty years’ experience in the food and beverage, manufacturing, and software industries. He has led multinational project teams and has been responsible for quality assurance of the Irish National Lottery’s software. He currently works with BearingPoint.
Niall holds a diploma in Manufacturing Engineering (ITT Dublin), a diploma in Management (University of Reading, UK), is a certified Software Professional and a qualified BEX Baseline Auditor.
