Two years ago we published our Case Study on Santa – a lighthearted look at his incredible achievements – and last year, we wrote about The Excellence behind Rudolph. This year, we take a quick look at a journey to excellence in Dickens’ Christmas Carol.
The pragmatic and practical approach BEX take to delivering Lean Six Sigma training ensured the trainees successfully delivered projects that added to the bottom line. Within 3 months of the course ending, the projects – delivered as part of the course – had achieved savings in excess of 5 times the total investment in the training.
The boot camp met all of the needs that we needed to address – key terms, introduction to different frameworks, introduction to the two BEX excellence frameworks, and practical exercises to highlight the skills needed. We had access to a group of highly experienced and skilled excellence specialists from BEX to contribute different perspectives on the content and on us. I fully appreciated the access I had during the sessions to such a high level of expertise. The sessions were highly interactive. I got all of my questions answered and then some.
